| What is the problem you are solving? | We are developing a product that will help the students in getting a genuine, paid, and right internship as per their interests. We provide major details of the company like office pictures, Interns review, etc. Also, we have job-oriented training courses which help students in developing a certain skill set and groom themselves as per the job requirement. For Companies, we have made the hiring easier by providing shortlisted students as per their requirement and their video resumes too for easy shortlisting. We are trying to remove the old traditional way of resume shortlisting because a piece of paper can't define a person's ability. |

The uniqueness lies beneath the fact that NowIntern will make the Interns hiring as well as Getting Internship more organized & planned through our USPs like Crosschecked Companies, PreShortlisting, Video Resume etc. NowIntern will include college as well in the Internship process to make the procedure easier and friendly for the students. NowIntern will provide a portal to the colleges to keep track of students, Dashboard for the companies which include professionally curated steps like PreShortlisting by the NowIntern team, Easy posting, access to the video resume of student, From Posting till Interview will be the NowIntern's part of work. (Revenue Model: It is a framework for generating financial income and identifies the sources of revenue for a product or service.) | We have a commission model for companies where we'll be charging the companies for providing skilled and pre shortlisted Interns. We'll be updating ourselves as per the time requirement, adding up more verticals like Foreign Internships, Free Lancing Work, and Jobs too. Also, if we talk about sustainability, we'll keep on updating the app, coming up with new and advanced technologies to make career choices easier for students. Starting from our city, expanding to the state then Nationwide and then Global Presence. |
